XTC Gelato was one of the first purveyors of authentic Italian gelato to put down its roots in Hong Kong. A homegrown business, it has evolved and flourished largely thanks to Hong Kong’s vibrant community, and their love of gelato. The XTC Gelato team are all Hong Kong residents, just like the brand they represent.

The craft of gelato making requires great skill from the machine operating to tasting and recipe creation. It is a credit to the team how well they work together to include and train new staff, transforming them into gelato experts.
