XTC Gelato is always a triumph at parties of any size and style. Our specialist XTC Gelato carts and trained staff will help you scoop the prize for the coolest party in town.

We have a seasonal menu of flavours for our clients to select and our carts come stocked with cups and cones. Our service can assist with the additional option of custom branding with personalized packaging, printed panels on the cart and uniforms.

Super Sundae Party Package $8,490

  • Rental of the XTC Gelato Cart including delivery, set up and pick up.
  • Two staff and up to four hours service time.
  • Six (5 Lt) gelato or sorbetto tubs
  • Regular cones, cups, spoons and napkins.
  • Toppings: caramel & chocolate sauce, chocolate & rainbow sprinkles.

 Original Party Package $8,290

  • Rental of the XTC Gelato Cart including delivery, set up and pick up.
  • Two staff and up to four hours service time.
  • Six (5 Lt) gelato or sorbetto tubs.
  • Regular cones, cups, spoons and napkins.

Pop Up Package $6,590

  • Rental of the XTC Gelato freezer for up to four hours including delivery, set up and pick up.
  • Staff service not included
  • 75 items selected from the range of 125ml cups, mini gelato cookie sandwiches and natural fruit ice pops.

Mini Party Package $5,590

  • Rental of the XTC Gelato Table Top Freezer for up to four hours.
  • Staff service not included
