How does it work?

From checkout to your doorstep — here is how we take care of every step.

Packed to stay frozen

We make sure that the product arrives in perfect condition. We either deliver it with our own freezer van, or alternatively we pack your order in a polyfoam box with dry ice — in any case, it stays frozen all the way to you and arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by our own team or, alternatively, by LalaMove. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday; the earliest is next-day delivery, for orders confirmed paid by 17:00 the day before. Choose “10:00–17:00, we arrange” (free) or a specific slot — 10:00–12:00, 12:00–14:00 or 14:00–17:00.

e-Gift vouchers, delivered instantly

Pay by FPS and the voucher is sent as soon as we have manually verified your payment. Pay by card (Stripe) and your e-gift voucher is generated immediately after payment and emailed to the recipient.

Payment options

• FPS — our preferred way to be paid — FPS ID: 166370098 (payee: XTConICE Gelato Limited); or bank transfer: Hang Seng Bank, Clearing No. 024, Account No. 210187076883. After transferring, send us the screenshot on WhatsApp +852 6224 9698; we confirm the order once the payment is verified.
• Card (Stripe) — Visa, Mastercard, WeChat Pay and Alipay; your order is confirmed the moment the payment goes through.
• Gift voucher — enter the voucher code at checkout; we confirm the order once we have checked that the voucher has not been redeemed.

Volume discounts

• 125ml cups: 5% off from 50 cups, 10% off from 101.
• 473ml family tubs: 10% off from 8 tubs.
• Applied automatically — the deduction shows in the cart, on the order, at payment and in the confirmation email.
• Discounts apply to product items only — delivery fees and the time-slot premium are not discounted.
• Discount codes are entered at checkout — they likewise apply to product items only, combine with the volume discounts, and never apply to e-gift vouchers.

Delivery terms

• Free delivery on orders of HK$500+; below that HK$100 for HK Island & Kowloon, HK$150 for the New Territories, Lantau and other areas.
• A specific time slot carries a HK$80 premium.
• No delivery to South Lantau, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan or the outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma, Peng Chau).
